ProV Infotech Systems - IFS Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing IFS projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

- Set project timeline.

- Monitor project deliverables.

- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

- Good knowledge of IFS processes.

- Good knowledge of IFS ERP latest version Implementation methodology.

- Good knowledge of IFS ERP Technology and functions.

- Hands on experience and knowledge of IFS Cloud, V10, AURENA Technology and functions.

- Good knowledge of local financial constraints.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IFS ERP EAM / Finance / Manufacturing / Projects module.

- Relevant experience in IFS ERP as Functional Consultant.

- Knowledge of different business domains.

- Hands-on experience in IFS ERP V10, Relevant experience in IFS ERP Cloud V10, 9, 8.

- Working experience in other functional modules will be added advantage (Ex: SCM, Maintenance, Quality Management, Sales CRM SRM, Projects and Contracts Management).

- Working experience on basic Technical areas (development and configurations).

- IFS Implementation and Support experience, handling User queries, Trainings, documentation.

- IFS Implementation and upgrade methodologies.
