Role Overview:
We are seeking an elite Senior Manager / Associate Director - Sales to lead our market expansion within the Global Capability Center (GCC) segment. This is a pure "Hunter" mandate for a seasoned professional with a powerful existing network of 10-20 CXO-level relationships that can be leveraged for immediate business. You will be responsible for generating "New Logos" and establishing Protiviti as the partner of choice for GCCs across Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore.
- New Logo Acquisition: Spearhead the aggressive pursuit of new GCC accounts, leveraging your personal network to secure high-value consulting and managed solutions mandates.
- CXO Relationship Management: Act as a strategic advisor to GCC Heads, CFOs, and CTOs, navigating complex global matrix structures to position Protiviti's specialized services.
- Network Leverage: Utilize your established portfolio of 10-20+ active CXO-level relationships to fast-track meetings, discovery sessions, and deal closures.
- Strategic Solutioning: Collaborate with practice leaders to architect bespoke solutions across Internal Audit, Technology, Risk, and Business Performance Improvement tailored for GCC maturity stages.
- Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from high-level "hunting" \ and lead generation to contract negotiation and final deal execution.
- Experience: 9 to 12 years of high-impact B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of selling high-value consulting services specifically to the GCC / Global Captive segment.
- The "Network" Mandate: Must possess a ready-to-leverage network of at least 10-20 active CXO-level relationships within the GCC ecosystem in India.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the GCC landscape, including operational challenges, regulatory shifts, and the transition from "cost centers" to "value centers."
- Location Flexibility: Ability to drive business across Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore, with the executive presence to lead conversations at the highest level of global leadership.

- 7+ years of work experience with CXO level engagement
- 7+ years of work experience with Sales
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development
