We are seeking an elite Senior Manager / Associate Director - Sales to lead our market expansion in the Data & Analytics domain. This is a pure "Hunter" mandate for a seasoned professional with a powerful existing network of 10-20 CXO-level relationships that can be leveraged for immediate business. You will be responsible for generating "New Logos" and establishing Protiviti as the partner of choice for Enterprise Data solutions across Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore.
- New Logo Acquisition: Spearhead the aggressive pursuit of new enterprise accounts, leveraging your personal network to secure high-value mandates in Data Lakehouse, Data Science, and Data Platforms.
- CXO Relationship Management: Act as a strategic advisor to CDOs, CTOs, and CIOs, positioning Protiviti's specialized services in SAP Analytics (SAC, Datasphere), AI/ML, and Automation.
- Network Leverage: Utilize your established portfolio of 10-20+ active CXO relationships to fast-track meetings, discovery sessions, and deal closures.
- Strategic Solutioning: Collaborate with practice leaders to architect bespoke solutions that transition traditional data setups into modern, value-driven architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, SAP BW/4HANA).
- Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from high-level "hunting" and lead generation to contract negotiation and final deal execution.
- Experience: 7-12 years of high-impact B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of selling high value consulting services and enterprise data solutions.
- The "Network" Mandate: Must possess a ready-to-leverage network of at least 10-20 active CXO-level relationships within the enterprise ecosystem in India.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the Data & Analytics landscape, including Data Lakehouse architectures, Data Engineering, and Predictive Analytics.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to drive business across Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore, with the executive presence to lead conversations at the highest level of leadership.
