Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong RAFM controls monitoring, with the ability to identify telecom risks, RAFM control design, SQL Scripting, investigate fraud and detect anomalies

- Advanced data analytics skills, including building, maintaining, and analyzing complex datasets and queries.

- Experience with Huawei CCN and PCRF, Net-cracker BSS experience , Knowledge of Neural tool , Expertise in exception reporting, root cause analysis, and issue investigation.

- Industry experience in Telecom, Fintech, or Utilities with a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks.

- Audit and advisory experience in risk management engagements

- Ensuring that the appropriate chargeable records are generated, metered correctly, and appear correctly on end customer billing and Monitors business risk in alerting Revenue Assurance of possible fraud or revenue leakage

- Maintain in-depth understanding of industry trends relative to revenue assurance practices. Promote quality assurance for all processes impacting revenue.

- Analyzes the KPIs on an ongoing basis - Subscribers, Revenue, Recharge, Minutes of Usage, and ARPU etc.

- Develop Internal RA controls based on industry best practices.

- Should have the experience of Revenue Assurance tools like: Subex, Mobileum, Neural Optimus and other RA tools.

- Reconcile activities between Network elements and Billing Systems (HLR/HSS, MSC, GGSN/SGSN, Mediation, CCN, CRM, TAPIIN, TAPOUT, Interconnect, etc.,)

- Acting as a Revenue Assurance Subject Matter Expert on projects / initiatives that could impact the end-to-end billing architecture or existing RA controls.

- Oversee billings, credit adjustments, and refunds on monthly basis.

- Performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams. Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitors the same.

- Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues, from identification through to quantification through to resolution.

- Ensuring are new tools are in line with expectations like SQL, Python and Power BI. Work closely with the UAT team to help development test plans.

- Working with the offshore partner teams to make sure deliverables are met.

- Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.

- Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where required.

- Quantifying and reporting the Leakages and Exposures, month on month

- Create queries and reports to support ongoing monitoring of initiatives as well as ad-hoc reports as required

- Perform data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Business Objects, SQL, SAS and MS-Access

- Understand and aggregate revenue assurance activities across the business and ensure they are working effectively

- Analyze data/reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
