
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand talent requirements, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
- Translate business needs into effective hiring strategies aligned with current and future talent demands.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a strong focus on meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient interview processes.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Build, nurture, and maintain active pipelines of potential candidates across various functions and levels.
- Explore innovative sourcing techniques to tap into niche and hard-to-find talent pools.
Process Excellence & Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and manage recruitment MIS reports and dashboards to track progress, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices for enhanced candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, hiring guidelines, and data protection norms.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Represent the organization as an employer of choice by providing candidates with a professional and positive hiring journey.
- Partner with HR and business teams to promote employer branding initiatives.
- Build long-term candidate relationships and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; consulting background preferred.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques across junior to leadership roles.
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage top talent.
- High energy, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
