About Role:

You'll be working in a team environment with financial due diligence professionals on a variety of projects across service sectors.

You will be a vital member of the team managing and executing financial diligence project work, focused on analyzing financial data and identifying key trends behind the performance of a business, discussing business performance and forecast assumptions with senior team management, and helping to write reports. You will also be helping develop staff and seniors ensuring their career development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing financial due diligence (FDD) engagements, ensuring thorough analysis and risk assessment.

- Evaluating the financial and operational performance of target businesses by reviewing financial statements, accounting records, and conducting management interviews.

- Preparing detailed databooks, and due diligence reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.

- Conducting quality of earnings (QoE) analysis, assessing revenue trends, profitability, and sustainability of earnings.

- Performing working capital and cash flow analysis to assess liquidity risks and operational efficiency.

- Developing customized reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate due diligence findings effectively to clients.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational advisors, to ensure a comprehensive due diligence process.

- Reviewing and validating financial assumptions, forecasts, and projections to identify potential variances and risks.

Desired Skills:

- A degree in accounting or finance or a graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience.

- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

- Must be willing and able to travel.
