The Role: We are seeking a high-velocity Sales Hunter to lead our Hyderabad expansion, specifically targeting the Banking and Financial Services sectors with specialized risk, compliance, and advisory solutions.

The Mission:

- Acquire High-Value Logos: You will proactively identify and secure new partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance providers across the Hyderabad region.

- Influence the C-Suite: You will engage and influence CFOs, CROs, and Chief Compliance Officers, turning complex regulatory shifts into strategic growth opportunities.

- Architect BFSI Solutions: Leverage your understanding of Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Transformation to design bespoke value propositions.

- Own the Advisory Cycle: You will lead the charge from initial BFSI market mapping to the final negotiation of high-impact advisory mandates.

- Drive IAFA Integration: Seamlessly integrate Internal Audit & Financial Advisory (IAFA) as a core component of your broader BFSI risk transformation pitch.

The DNA Required:

- 7 -10 Years of BFSI Hunting: You have a proven track record of winning new business in the financial services sector; you thrive on complex, advisory-led sales.

- Professional Services Pedigree: Your background is in Global Management Consulting or Tier-1 BFSI Advisory, where you have mastered the art of "selling a solution, not a product".

- Market Presence: You possess the executive presence to build immediate trust with risk and finance leaders within the Hyderabad ecosystem.
