Protiviti - Associate Director - Technical Due Diligence

Description:

- Incumbent will be a vital member of the team managing and executing technical diligence project work,

- Drive growth and engagement delivery across the breadth of advisory activities, keeping track of technological trends, OEMs, Technology vendors, M&A intelligence and competition in the sector.

Skills and attributes required:

- Handling technical due diligence engagements

- Understanding of plant layout and engineering drawings/designs/layout

- In-depth process flow, technical analysis of, infrastructure and architecture, product roadmap, services and practices

- Understanding of regulatory environment and licenses

- Technology evaluation, technical specifications and assessment of obsolescence

- Asset condition assessment, levels, repairs and maintenance, refurbishment, replacement, debottlenecking analysis

- Product/Technology economic, margin and benchmarking analysis

- Techno-Economic Viability Study, Detail Project Report

- Project management & monitoring

- Asset Restructuring Company, Funds

- Understanding of Quality standards, EHS, ESG frameworks, guidelines and ability to assess

- Understanding of operations and functions and ability to assess the performance

- Mapping of Systems and SOPs

- Providing critical technical inputs to financial analysis

- Strategic and creative thinking and prepare point of view documents products / industry reports / sector opinions etc. utilization

- Use automation/IT tools for collecting and analyzing data

- Should be having atleast 1 combination of below:
- Technical Due Diligence + Techno-Economic Viability Study

- DPR (Detailed Project Report) + Project Monitoring & Evaluation

- Valuation+ Techno-Economic Viability Study

- Valuation+ Technical Due Diligence

- Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Electrical, Civil Engineering) plus Full time MBA from premier business school

- 6-10 years of Technical Due Diligence experience into the at least Two or more sub verticals within Manufacturing, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Healthcare, etc.

- Prior work experience with a top consulting organization will be preferred

- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

- Must be willing and able to travel.
