Job Summary - This role involves partnering with various stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business operations, providing insights and analytics, and managing a team to support the growth and success of the Housing business. What does this role hold for you.?? - Stakeholder Management and Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner and advisor to sales leaders and executives, providing insights and support for growth initiatives. - Planning and Go-to-Market Design: Contribute to building the business by providing a strong perspective on decision-making and connecting different teams. - Operating Cadence/Rhythm of Business: Drive key business processes and operations, such as goal-setting, revenue review, and KPI reviews. Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency and establish repeatable processes in the sales organization. - Strategic Knowledge and Insights: Develop comprehensive insights on markets, competitors, and business trends. Disseminate this knowledge within Housing to inform key decisions. - Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects that impact business products and sales processes. Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop internal tools and CRM systems that promote business growth and identify areas for improvement. - Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth. Analyze inventory trends, competition pricing, and target segment capacity to develop data-driven product and pricing strategies. - Scale Services and Tools: Design scalable processes and procedures that accommodate business -growth. Implement important features on the Sales CRM system to enhance sales productivity and establish effective process controls. - Data-Driven Business Insights: Conduct operational reviews and analyze revenue, customer, and market data. - Business Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate on the development and delivery of business models, metrics, reports, and dashboards. - Prioritization and Team Management: Determine project priorities and establish timelines for goal attainment. Manage a team of 3-5 individual contributors. Apply if you have. - An MBA/Engineering Degree from top B-School/Engineering institute with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Finance, Consulting or other related fields - Experience hiring and managing high-performing teams with at least 2 years of people management experience - Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tool utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, etc. - Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment with time constraints and sometimes conflicting deadlines requiring one to stretch. - Proven ability in storytelling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google slides.
