Position: Manager - Sales Strategy & Analytics Purpose - The purpose of the role is to provide analytical support to the Sales Head to grow current business and implement and manage various business initiatives under the leadership of Senior Management. This will be an individual contributor role based out of Gurgaon and will report to the National Sales Head for Primary Sales. Reporting - National Sales Head - PropTiger Responsibilities:- - Analyze trends in existing business with recommendations for driving growth in the business - Create appropriate dashboards with operations/marketing teams, ensure its continuous updation and provide a high-level summary for discussions and decision making - Work with Senior Management to carry out implementation and monitoring of strategic plans to support various business initiatives of the company - Benchmark business with its competitors & other industry peers and provide product recommendations - Work with senior management on creation of the business plan for the year. Candidate Profile :- - An MBA/Engineering Degree from top B schools/Engineering institute with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience - Strong management and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization - Hands-on and in-depth experience in using MS office products - Experience with a startup/consulting firm will be a plus - Prior experience in analytics will be a plus
