
This role requires someone who can understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure proposals effectively communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
What Youll Do:
As a full-time Proposal Manager, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customised solutions and offerings.
- Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for hackathons, innovation programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.
- Maintain a proposal content library for faster turnaround.
- Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.
You Should Have:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management.
- Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
