Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end preparation of proposals, EOIs, and tenders for infrastructure/PMC projects.
- Review RFPs/RFQs, evaluate scope, and define winning bid strategies.
- Manage JV/consortium partners including MoUs, roles/responsibilities, and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Conduct pricing, costing, risk analysis, and contract reviews.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients, consultants, and JV partners.
- Track market intelligence, upcoming projects, and competitor strategies.

Experience:
- 8-12 years in tendering/proposals with strong exposure to infrastructure/PMC projects.
- Proven track record of handling multilateral- and government-funded projects in Highways, Railways, Metro, Water, Urban, etc.
- Strong experience in JV/consortium partner management (MoUs, consortium agreements).
- Deep knowledge of Financial and Technical tenders/Proposals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with senior client stakeholders.
