Property Valuation & Risk Specialist

Job Description :

Primary Responsibility :

- Property Valuation Documentation

Key Responsibilities :

- Standardize technical valuation reports covering market value, document value, distress value, interiors, construction type, marketability concerns, and property-related risks.

- Conduct sample-based post-review of valuation reports for format compliance, valuation variations, risk identification, report revisions, TAT tracking, and property de-duplication.

- Manage technical valuation vendors including empanelment, renewal, performance review, MIS maintenance, monitoring dormant/blacklisted vendors, firm composition changes, and timely invoice processing.

- Provide advisory support to business, credit, policy, and collections teams on technical verification processes, deviations, market insights, and case-specific issues.

- Support collateral system enhancements to ensure accurate valuation data capture.

- Assist collections teams with property revaluation for NPA cases and coordinate repossessed asset auctions and reserve price fixation.

- Strengthen fraud prevention by identifying potential risks at the technical verification stage and advising stakeholders on corrective actions
