We are looking for an experienced Property Management Leader to establish and lead operations for a growing affordable housing portfolio in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage maintenance offices and centralized helpdesk operations.

- Oversee residential property maintenance, including MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building services.

- Implement and manage CAFM/CMMS systems for maintenance and asset management.

- Manage FM vendors, contracts, SLAs, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and cost optimization.

- Ensure resident satisfaction, service quality, and community management.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi building regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and Ejar.

- Lead maintenance teams and drive operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in Property/Facilities Management.

- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Experience managing large residential or mixed-use property portfolios.

- Strong knowledge of MEP, facilities operations, vendor management, and budgeting.
