About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Lead/Sr Manager-Tele calling to lead our telesales and revenue growth function. The role involves managing a large team of tele callers, driving consistent month-end closures, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. You will play a key role in strategizing, scaling, and optimizing sales processes while ensuring strong execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of tele callers and inside sales executives to drive consistent revenue growth.

- Plan and execute month-end activities to ensure smooth closures and target achievement.

- Own the sales funnel end-to-end from lead allocation to conversion and retention.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize productivity and enhance performance metrics.

- Track and analyse daily KPIs including lead conversion, call efficiency, and revenue per associate.

- Conduct training, reviews, and performance coaching to build a strong and motivated sales culture.

- Drive sales automation and reporting dashboards to ensure data-backed decision making.

- Create incentive and recognition frameworks to boost motivation and accountability.

What We're Looking For:


- Experience: 5+ years in Sales / Business Development, with at least 3 years managing large telesales teams.

- Strong exposure to B2C sales, preferably in fintech, NBFC sectors.

- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage month-end sales pressure.

- Proficiency in Excel and performance analytics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on approach with a focus on team building, ownership, and execution excellence.
