Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Manager - Sales & BD to drive business growth through direct sales initiatives.
- This is an individual contributor role focused on building strong institutional partnerships and achieving sales targets within the education financing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard educational institutions, channel partners, and other business associates.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent business flow.
- Conduct regular market visits to explore new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Maintain detailed sales reports and provide insights for business planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, or Banking sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset - good with numbers and data interpretation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
