We want someone who can think like an engineer, design like an artist, and shoot like a storyteller.


The Role


- This is not your traditional Creative Director gig. Youll be conceptualizing, designing, directing, and producing content across social, digital, and brand campaigns.


- If youre someone who can take an idea, script it, shoot it, design it, edit it and make it go live

within 48 hours this is for you.


- Youll lead Propellds creative identity across social media, campaigns, and on-ground activations while building a small intern/ freelancer team of designers & editors, and creators who bring ideas to life, fast and beautifully.


What Youll Do


- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Conceptualize Design Shoot Edit Publish. Youll lead the full creative process.

- Hands-On Design: Create visuals, social assets, and motion graphics when needed.

- Camera & Production: Handle basic shoots framing, lighting, direction, and storytelling for social and campaign content.

- Creative Systems: Build scalable design and content frameworks for the brand templates, presets, and visual language guides.

- AI-Driven Workflows: Integrate AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, D-ID, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, etc.) to speed up ideation and production.

- Content Performance: Partner with the growth team to test creative hypotheses and iterate based on performance insights.

- Leadership: Manage freelance/intern designers, editors, and creators ensuring every output meets the Propelld standard of clarity and warmth.


Who You Are


- A creative all-rounder designer, director, and doer.

- You treat creativity like an engineering problem: structure, test, refine.


- Youre comfortable both behind the screen and behind the camera.

- You thrive in high-speed environments where idea today post tomorrow is normal.


- You have a strong pulse on what works on Indian social media tone, color, humor, storytelling.

- You can brief, shoot, and edit short-form videos yourself.


What You Bring


- 4-6 years of experience in design, creative direction, or content production (startup/fintech/edtech/agency preferred).

- Proven portfolio of campaigns or social content youve ideated and executed.

- Hands-on skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Comfortable handling a camera (DSLR or phone-based production) and basic lighting/audio setup.

- Understanding of AI-based content creation and automation tools.

- Ability to lead small teams and mentor creative contributors.
