About the Role

Were looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our fintech journey. In this role, you'll work closely with senior product managers to design and deliver digital experiences that simplify education financing especially within co-lending and customer onboarding journeys.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of features, grow their product chops, and make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.

What Youll Be Doing

- Translate user problems into clear product requirements and features.

- Work on journeys like loan applications, KYC/document verification, lender matching, and disbursals.

- Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build and ship intuitive solutions.

- Support the creation of PRDs, wireframes, and product roadmaps.

- Conduct user research and feedback loops to refine product decisions.

- Use data (SQL, Python, or R) to analyze user behavior, track performance, and prioritize improvements.

- Optimize onboarding funnels to reduce drop-offs and improve activation metrics.

- Learn and contribute to co-lending models and fintech workflows with guidance from senior team members.

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C fintech or digital products.

- Exposure to digital lending, customer onboarding, or financial services is a plus.

- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with tools like Python/R for basic data analysis.

- Strong attention to detail, user-centric mindset, and willingness to learn and iterate quickly.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Bonus If You Have

- Experience in fintech, edtech, or NBFC-related products.

- A good grasp of compliance, lending workflows, or co-lending partnerships.

- A knack for simplifying complex problems and building intuitive solutions.
