To lead and grow the company's international business across Western markets by driving sales, channel development, and strategic partnerships in the Crushing & Screening equipment segment for mining, aggregates, quarrying, and infrastructure projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute region-wise business strategies for Crushing & Screening equipment.
- Identify new opportunities in quarries, mining operations, infrastructure and recycling projects.
- Analyze competitor offerings pricing, and technology trends.
- Define go-to-market strategies including product positioning, pricing and localization.
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own P&L, revenue targets, and order intake for Western markets.
- Drive sales of Propel Product Portfolio.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations with OEMs, EPC contractors and end customers.
- Ensure strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
Channel Partner & Distributor Management
- Identify, appoint and develop distributors, dealers and agents across Western regions.
- Set distributor KPIs, territory coverage, service capability and inventory norms.
- Conduct regular partner reviews, technical training and joint business planning.
Key Account & Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with quarry owners, mining majors, infrastructure developers and recycling companies.
- Support customers with technical proposals, plant layout and application-based solutions.
- Act as senior escalation point for commercial, technical and service-related matters.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Represent the company at international trade fairs (Bauma, Hillhead, ConExpo, etc.).
- Drive market visibility through dealer marketing, demos, reference sites, and roadshows.
- Provide inputs for product development based on Western market feedback.
Compliance, Risk & Commercial Governance
- Ensure adherence to export regulations, contracts, payment terms and credit controls.
- Oversee risk assessment for large projects and long-term supply agreements.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build and lead an international sales, application and channel support team.
- Set clear KPIs, coach team members, and drive a performance-oriented culture.
- Develop succession planning for global sales leadership roles
Qualification & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Crushing & Screening / Mining / Aggregates equipment.
- 8+ years in senior international sales or business development roles.
- Strong exposure to track-mounted plants, stationary crushing plants and screening solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Preferably).
- MBA / International Business qualification preferred.
