Responsibilities

- Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Architect of brand and marketing strategy.

- Create and run the main plan for the company's brand and marketing.

- Lead Digital & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Oversee all digital marketing channels and lead targeted ABM campaigns to generate qualified leads.

- Spearhead Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Launches: Design and implement effective GTM strategies for new products and market expansions, ensuring a successful launch and market adoption.

- Manage High-Impact Events: Plan and execute major events and exhibitions to build brand presence, generate lead.

- Craft the Brand Narrative: Define and communicate a compelling product story and clear value proposition that resonates with customers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and GTM execution

- Proven track record in building and scaling brands across multiple channels.

- Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
