Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end sales and business development efforts, including market research, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, industry leaders, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to design solutions that address client needs and create competitive advantages.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform business strategies.
- Drive strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance organizational reach and impact.
- Develop and oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build networks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present regular reports, business cases, and performance reviews to the leadership team and board.

Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing large-scale business deals.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer acquisition strategies, and emerging business models.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
