Digital & Performance Marketing Spearhead digital strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, display, influencer, and content marketing.
- Manage marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital analytics.
- Drive performance campaigns with clear KPIs around reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform marketing plans.
- Use insights to shape product launches, partnerships, and GTM (go-to-market) strategies.
- Team Leadership & Budgeting Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, design, and operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 10+ years in integrated marketing roles with significant ATL, BTL, and digital experience.
Background:
- Preference for candidates from consumer-facing industries such as FMCG, Retail, D2C, Lifestyle, or F&B.
- Proven success in building and scaling consumer brands and campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong agency management and media planning experience.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Somebody who has experience in building a core brand.
Industry Preference: Consumer Products/Services, FMCG, D2C, Retail, or similar
