Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth post-sale journey for customers, fostering long-term relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and use insights to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, inspection, and support) to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts, track service usage, and proactively address concerns or potential drop-offs.
- Provide product training or walkthroughs where necessary to ensure customer success.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to services and processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Prepare and present customer success reports to management as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- High emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and communication platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of property transaction processes and home inspection terminology.
- Fluency in local languages in addition to English is an advantage.
