About the Opportunity: We are seeking to onboard a dynamic and accomplished leader to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for a well-established organization operating within the construction, project management, and construction technology domain. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an individual who can drive the organization's strategic vision, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Position Overview: The organization is looking for a results-oriented executive with a distinguished track record in Construction, Project Management, QA/QC, Construction Technology, or allied industries. The successful candidate will be entrusted with providing strategic direction, strengthening organizational capabilities, and enhancing the company's standing within the industry.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive senior leadership experience (18 - 25 years) within construction, project management, QA/QC, construction technology, or related sectors

- Strong technical expertise complemented by sound business acumen

- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute organizational strategy

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements

- Proven capability in stakeholder management, business development, and cross-functional leadership

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business leader with a strong command of technical and operational dimensions of the construction/construction-technology sector, coupled with the strategic vision required to lead the organization into its next phase of growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

- CTC of up to 50 Lac per annum

- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOPs)
