Pronto - Operations Lead

About the Role:

At Pronto, we're building India's most trusted platform for on-demand home services. As we continue to scale rapidly, we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive business growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion across the North.

What You'll Drive:

- Own the region's business performance, growth, and operational outcomes.

- Lead end-to-end Supply and Operations across multiple cities and hubs.

- Drive key metrics including revenue, supply growth, productivity, utilization, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Build scalable processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Own workforce planning, capacity management, and resource allocation.

- Own and lead the Supply and Operations functions to achieve regional business goals.

- Drive market expansion, city launches, and operational readiness for new markets.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-11 years of experience in Operations, Supply Operations, Regional Operations, Business Operations, or General Management.

- Proven experience managing multi-city operations and leading large, cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Hyperlocal Services, Consumer Internet, Marketplace, Logistics, Quick Commerce, Mobility, or other high-growth businesses is preferred.

- MBA preferred.
