About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded leader who can bring structure to Pronto's planning as we scale.

You will work closely with the leadership, Operations, Supply, Growth and Finance teams to convert business goals into clear plans, forecast demand and capacity, track performance, and solve gaps quickly.

What You'll Own:

- Build monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.

- Forecast demand, supply, capacity and workforce requirements.

- Identify business gaps, risks and growth opportunities early.

- Track key business metrics and highlight where intervention is needed.

- Run structured business reviews and ensure action items are closed.

- Help teams make faster, better decisions using data.

- Build simple, scalable planning processes as the business grows.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in business planning, strategy, operations, consulting or business finance.

- Strong business understanding and comfort with numbers.

- Ability to connect data with what is happening on the ground.

- Experience working in a fast-growing, operationally intensive business.

- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI-tool exposure is good to have.

- Someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting into details.

- High ownership, clear communication and a strong bias for execution.
