Qualifications & Experience: - Proven track record as an engineering leader managing multiple technical teams. - Strong experience in software architecture and product engineering. - Hands-on expertise with real-time data-driven systems, consumer-facing digital products, and SaaS platforms. - Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical contributions. - Experience presenting project updates and technology vision to senior management / board. - Passion for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
