
Position: Chief of Staff
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) in driving business expansion, strategic initiatives, P&L management, and corporate communication. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and execution partner to the MD, ensuring alignment across business functions and seamless delivery of key priorities.
Location: Ahmedabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support & Business Expansion
- Collaborate with the MD to identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships for growth.
- Drive execution of expansion strategies across regions and business verticals.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business feasibility studies.
2. P&L & Business Performance Management
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs, ensuring profitability and efficiency across business functions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
3. Business Strategy & Planning
- Support the MD in developing and implementing long-term strategic goals.
- Coordinate annual business planning and quarterly review cycles.
- Monitor progress of key strategic initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
4. Corporate Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Manage internal and external communications for the MD's office.
- Liaise with stakeholders including board members, partners, and key clients.
- Draft speeches, presentations, reports, and thought leadership content for the MD.
5. Leadership Support & Cross-functional Alignment
- Act as a bridge between the MD and senior leadership teams, ensuring alignment on key priorities.
- Facilitate decision-making by preparing briefing notes, data-driven reports, and risk assessments.
- Drive special projects, critical initiatives, and transformation programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business Management, Strategy, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or senior leadership roles.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in P&L management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and execute with attention to detail.
- Experience working with CXOs/Managing Directors in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
