Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, creativity for ad copy and creatives, and hands-on experience in achieving high ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).

- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns remain within the allocated spend.

- Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest Google & Meta ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.

- Implement conversion tracking, remarketing, and retargeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Optimize campaigns across the full funnel from awareness to conversion ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing strategies.

- Experience in running lead generation & e-commerce campaigns.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
