Role Overview
Proklean is seeking a Specialist - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring while also supporting broader HR initiatives.
This role will involve 70% Talent Acquisition responsibilities and 30% general HR activities, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across functions to build strong, diverse, and future-ready teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary - 70%):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using multiple interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and professional networks.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment vendors and partners as required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, interview notes, and hiring records for stakeholder review.
HR & People Initiatives (Secondary - 30%):
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires across verticals.
- Contribute to employee engagement, retention, and experience initiatives.
- Promote a people-first, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
- Work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Objectives of the Role:
- Build diverse and high-quality teams aligned with long-term business strategy.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements across functions.
- Deliver a superior candidate and onboarding experience.
- Strengthen collaboration between HR and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive sourcing.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
