Sales Manager - Project Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy:

- Spearhead B2B sales efforts for premium office interior solutions, including modular furniture, ergonomic workstations, storage solutions, and acoustic systems. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the Bengaluru market.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), corporate procurement heads, real estate consultants, and facility managers. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement and solution-oriented communication.

Market Expansion & Lead Conversion:

- Identify emerging business opportunities in the commercial real estate, co-working, and corporate office space sectors. Proactively source leads through networking, industry events, and digital platforms. Convert potential leads into long-term, revenue-generating clients through consultative selling.

Solution Customization & Project Collaboration:

- Work closely with the design, product, and project execution teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements in terms of aesthetics, functionality, timelines, and budgets. Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and walkthroughs to ensure alignment and delivery of expectations.

Sales Target Achievement:

- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adapt strategies as necessary.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and after-sales support. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, client feedback, and market insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 8-12 years of proven experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in the commercial furniture, office interiors, architectural products, or related industries.

Industry Network:

- Strong, established network of contacts within the architecture, interior design, and real estate consultancy communities in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.

Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence and negotiate at the CXO level. Comfortable with client-facing roles and technical solution discussions.

Attributes:

- Highly self-driven, energetic, and proactive with a result-oriented mindset. Demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Tools & Tech:

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
