Skills: - Deep understanding of industry trends and competitor products. - Strong business acumen and ability to connect department functions to business outcomes. - High-level communication and leadership presence, with strong industry contacts (especially in A&D and PMC). - Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. - Results-driven, collaborative, and capable of building high-performance teams.
