Client & Channel Partner Management

- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners to maximize outreach.

- Drive client engagement activities, events, and promotional initiatives.

Project Oversight:

- Coordinate closely with project, marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth sales execution.

- Ensure accurate project updates, inventory management, pricing, and documentation.

- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Revenue & Performance Tracking:

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

- Ensure timely collections and alignment with financial targets.

- Recommend strategies to boost conversions and improve sales efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Sales (Real Estate/Infrastructure preferred).

- Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
