Job Description
- Provide oversight for multiple projects, ranging in size up to 1 million sq. ft.
- Lead and manage project teams of 15-18 members, including establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage project fit-outs from the initial stages to occupancy, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project strategies and execution plans, including schedules and processes.
- Coordinate with all involved agencies, such as clients, consultants, architects, and vendors.
- Conduct business development activities and pitch solutions for new projects.
- Manage project finances, including preparing business cases, financial modelling, budgetary estimates, and cost control.
- Develop workplace strategies and design standards in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management activities to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact (SPOC) for clients and stakeholders, and manage communication protocols.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Master's in Advanced Construction Management.
Experience 15-20 years
Other Skills - Certifications: MRICS, LEED AP, WELL AP, and COA.
- Strong knowledge of design conceptualization, project feasibility studies, and cost management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and delivering them under budget.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and client development.
- Experience with process improvement, refinements, and best practice implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing large teams
