We are seeking a highly experienced Project / Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a Source-to-Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program and related initiatives. This role is critical in transforming procurement processes, enabling best-in-class digital tools, and driving seamless integration across business and technology functions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERP procurement processes (Oracle EBS preferred), a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation projects, and the ability to engage at both strategic and execution levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation initiative, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines; monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure timely delivery of workstreams, escalating issues when necessary.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (procurement, finance), IT, external vendors, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and status meetings.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and manage expectations across business and technical teams.
3. Risk & Issue Management:
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Maintain project risk and issue logs; establish escalation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Change Management & Adoption:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on change requests, assessing impact and alignment.
- Support user adoption by guiding the transition from legacy systems to new digital tools and workflows.
- Track and report on adoption metrics and user readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive project and portfolio management experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Oracle EBS subject matter expertise in procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of systems integration across ERP and procurement platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP/procurement system implementations in industries with complex supply chains.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
