Scope:
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least two full Workday implementation cycles and possess strong expertise in Workday HCM & Finance modules, integrations, and data architecture. The incumbent will oversee Workday configuration, testing (unit, system, and UAT), and deployment activities. He/she is also expected to provide hands-on expertise in Workday HCM, finance relationships, data sources, security architecture, and integration frameworks.
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Manage overall Implementation of Workday HCM and finance modules for the company.
- Conduct and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and executive presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment, dependencies, and expectations
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Maintain thorough documentation of project phases including requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time
Skills (Preferred):
- Strong understanding and certifications of Workday business processes across HCM & Finance modules
- Expertise in Workday data architecture, security design, and integration frameworks (WSDL, API).
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
- Proven experience handling 2+ full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
