
- Conduct regular site visits to assess conditions, track progress, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Contribute to basic layout and design work, including turbine placement, foundation details, and electrical connections, in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Liaise with the procurement department to define technical specifications, evaluate supplier bids, and follow up on material delivery schedules.
- Supervise construction, installation, and commissioning activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, progress reports, and inspection records.
- Support the development of risk assessments, HSE plans, and quality control protocols.
- Facilitate communication between civil, electrical, and mechanical teams, ensuring smooth integration and consistent technical standards.
- Identify potential delays or technical challenges and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
Requirement Details:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Renewable Energy Engineering; Master's or PMP preferred.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years, with 3-5 years in wind project execution, site supervision, or construction; prior renewable energy experience
