Role: Project Manager - Wholesale Banking Domain

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience Required: 12+ years [with significant experience (about 5+ years) in Wholesale/Corporate Banking]

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in the Wholesale Banking domain. The role involves managing end-to-end banking transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely, compliant, and effective delivery of strategic outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, and/or related field.

- 12+ years of total work experience, with 5+ years in Wholesale/Corporate Banking.

- 7+ years of project management experience handling large-scale banking projects.

- Strong knowledge of Corporate/Institutional Banking products and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Certifications like PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex projects across Wholesale Banking domains.

- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality.

- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, relationship managers, product owners, and technology teams.

- Oversee end-to-end execution: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Leverage strong expertise across Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Products, and Supply Chain Finance.

- Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
