We are looking for a Project Manager - Training to join our team. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, time management, and research skills, capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in training and development management (required).
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Strong critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business communication tools.
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
