Project Manager - Supply Chain Management Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead end-to-end SCM implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, consulting experience, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale supply chain initiatives across one or more SCM domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation, transformation, and optimization projects.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

- Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive Agile project execution while ensuring adherence to governance, quality standards, and delivery milestones.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate project status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.

- Ensure successful solution deployment, user adoption, and transition to production support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and optimize business processes.

- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain transformation programs.

Required Skills:

- 6-11 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Project Management.

- Experience leading a minimum of two end-to-end SCM implementation projects.

- Strong project management experience across one or more SCM domains, including Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Order Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or Cloud-based SCM solutions.

- Prior consulting experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
