Job Description:
- Lead a team for the delivery of consulting engagements with top clients across diverse industries - FMCG, F&B, 3PL/Logistics, Apparel, E-Commerce, Retail, Chemicals, Automotive, High Tech Manufacturing - in various functional areas of supply chain/operations like Material Flow Design/ Re-Engineering, Logistics, Network Design, Inventory Management, IT Tools, S&OP and Supply Chain Strategy.
- Conceptualize and implement the solutions for clients and manage the team to achieve the results.
- Interact extensively with client team for project management, stakeholder management, data collection, solutions development / discussion, invoicing and payment.
- Prepare solution decks and present to the client in the meetings during various phases of the projects.
- Responsible for the quality of deliverables through proactively arrange review of the solution by the Project Review Team (Director / Subject Matter Experts).
- Actively participate in the business development to achieve the sales target assigned (Project sales target).
- Responsible for the career growth and mentoring of the reportees assigned.
- Update and ensure quality of documentation at the end of every project.
- Drive standardization in project delivery through creation and updating of tools/ databases.
