About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute solar and renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, vendor coordination, site execution, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Manage end-to-end execution of solar and renewable energy projects.

- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Conduct site assessments, feasibility checks, and technical evaluations.

- Monitor project budgets, procurements, and material management.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare project reports and documentation for management review.

- Drive installation, commissioning, and handover activities.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skillsets:

- Knowledge of solar power systems, renewable energy technologies, and industry standards.

- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

- Strong understanding of site execution, installation, and commissioning processes.

- Proficiency in handling vendor coordination and procurement activities.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documents.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Problem-solving ability with hands-on experience in field operations.

- Understanding of safety protocols, quality checks, and statutory compliance.
