ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Lead, plan, and drive the delivery of software projects for Cogitate's insurance clients, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction targets are consistently met. The Project Manager owns day-to-day delivery execution, team coordination, and stakeholder communication across the full project lifecycle.
- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai to spearhead complex initiatives that drive our core business objectives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that cross-functional teams deliver high-impact solutions within defined timelines and quality standards. You will engage daily with senior stakeholders, product owners, and engineering squads to navigate project lifecycles, mitigate operational risks, and champion agile methodologies. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, directly influencing the scalability of our products and the satisfaction of our global client base.
