Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and experience working with global, offshore, and distributed delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

- Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Manage global and distributed offshore delivery teams.

- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

- Track project milestones, dependencies, issues, risks, and deliverables.

- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Drive project governance, status reporting, reviews, and stakeholder communication.

- Support ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and related modules.

- Follow ServiceNow SDLC and project management best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Project Management.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.

- Experience working with global, offshore, and distributed teams.

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, risk and dependency management.

- PMP certification is preferred/required.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
