Designation: Manager- Projects /Senior Manager-Projects

Location : Maharashtra, Hyderabad , Gujarat ( Candidate should be open for relocation for PAN India location, it can be for either location)

Qualification : BE / Diploma Civil

Desired Profile: Someone with experience of leading factory projects

Experience: 15+ yrs

Role responsibilities and Profile;

- Candidate must be from contracting company

- Must be having experience in Building / factory projects

- To develop an overall project plan and construction schedule

- To mobilize resources - manpower, equipment, and materials in coordination with the project controller

- To execute the project within the parameters of time, cost, profit, quality, HSE, and productivity

- To monitor project progress, adherence to contract specifications and quality standards
