Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage custom software projects (web and mobile) from concept to delivery.

- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and other reports.

- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align expectations.

Business Analysis:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.

- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Presales Support:

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals, estimates, and client presentations.

- Conduct feasibility studies and provide insights on technical solutions during the sales process.

- Participate in client discussions to understand needs and present customized solutions.

Execution and Delivery:

- Take a hands-on role in problem-solving and issue resolution during project execution.

- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements in both web and mobile projects.

- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and project success.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience managing end-to-end custom web and mobile development projects.

- Solid knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- Strong documentation skills for creating requirement documents, user stories, and use cases.

Preferred:

- Background in software development with hands-on coding experience (added advantage).

- Experience in presales, including preparing proposals and delivering client presentations.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management and collaboration tools.

- Knowledge of modern technology stacks and frameworks for web and mobile development.
