Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Act as a Scrum Master to guide teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives.

- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.

- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost tracking.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

- Drive process improvements and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a hybrid PM/Scrum role.

- Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.

- Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).

- PMP, Prince2, or other Project Management certifications.

- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly desirable.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Scrum Master roles.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
