Project Manager - Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Scrum Master & Project Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of agile project management expertise, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. This role requires hands-on experience in .NET Core development and familiarity with CRM tools, along with the ability to lead teams, drive product initiatives, and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring team adherence to Agile best practices, and removing impediments.

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define and prioritize requirements.

- Prepare, review, and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

- Manage cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals.

- Leverage expertise in .NET Core development to support technical discussions, solution validation, and project feasibility.

- Work with CRM tools to integrate project management and business workflows effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager.

- Proven expertise in .NET Core development (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with any CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot).

- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.

- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
