Project Manager - Retail Store Expansion

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the expansion and standardization of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store projects while ensuring uniformity, design consistency, and operational readiness across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for new store rollouts, relocations, and renovations.

- Ensure design, layout, and brand uniformity across all existing and upcoming stores.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - operations, design, procurement, and vendors - to meet timelines and budgets.

- Evaluate and finalize store layouts, fixtures, and infrastructure requirements in line with brand standards.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.

- Identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective measures.

- Coordinate with local authorities and vendors for statutory approvals and project execution.

- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.

- Ensure timely handover of stores for operational readiness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE) - Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent discipline.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or F&B sectors.

- Strong understanding of store design, fit-out processes, and vendor management.

- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across locations.

- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
