About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Retail Banking who will be responsible for driving large-scale digital transformation programs for global banks. This is a functional project management role (not operations or pure IT delivery). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage large banking transformation projects across geographies.

- Lead 8-10 workstreams spanning business, technology, and operations.

- Ensure end-to-end project lifecycle delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

- Oversee project planning, tracking, risks & issue management, cost & benefit management, change impact assessment, reporting, and resourcing.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.

- Drive Agile ways of working within project teams.

- Support business and technology integration for seamless digital transformation.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Functional Project Management (Retail Banking domain).

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects for global banks.

- 3-4 years of end-to-end project delivery/project lifecycle experience.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives (not operations, process re-engineering, or only IT delivery).

- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and articulation skills.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.

- Bachelors degree (Engineering background preferred).
